Dr. Jennifer Perusek attended the CVC East veterinary medicine conference held April 24-27 in Baltimore, MA.
The conference featured over 160 exhibitors from across the country featuring the latest in technology, services, and other industry leaders. Dr. Perusek explained that the exhibitor booths allow veterinarians to stay up to date with what is current in the industry from a technology standpoint. "These exhibitors diplay our industry's latest technology and services. This gives veterinarians the opportunity to determine how the latest technology can improve the patient care and customer service offered through their practice".
In addition to the exhibitors, the conference also offered four days of educational presentations by the country's leading experts in all aspects of veterinary medicine. Topics included alternitive medicine, anesthesia, behavior, critical care, gastrointestinal medicine, neurology, and many more.
The learning was not limited to lecture only. The conference also added hands on lab learning that gave attendees the opportunity to practice the latest techniques in surgery, diagnostic imaging, dentistry and other veterinary skill sets. |
